No baths/hot tubs, mechanical contact with the treated area, and pelvic rest for 7-10 days. This depends on each individual and their healing process.

The number of sessions depends on the individual. We start with 3 sessions scheduled 3-4 weeks apart. More sessions may be required to achieve further satisfactory results.
