If your fertility clinic needs blood work done, we can transcribe this for you and make sure it is completed within the requested time frame.

We have partnered with PureForm Radiology to be able to provide you prompt bookings and competent results.

*If you do not live in or around Calgary or Airdrie we can still transcribe the requisition and you will need to book the ultrasound accordingly.

During the prescription transcribing, we can only transcribe what your fertility doctor is ordering. We ask that before you send us the request, that ALL medications are available in Canada. If the pharmacy send it’s back and an alternative is require, you will be billed for another transcribing fee.
