V Tone

  • Isolating the pelvic floor and strengthening from the bottom (perineum) to the top!

  • There will be an applicator inserted into the vagina. We will start at a lower energy level and work up until you can feel the muscle contract.

  • Depending on the intensity of the treatment, there is little to no downtime. You should avoid mechanical contact with the treated area for at least 2 days.

  • The number of sessions depends on the individual. Typically between 3-6 sessions, every 1-3 weeks but can vary according to your response and tolerance.

    *Maintenance treatments should be scheduled once your symptoms begin to return.
